Nationwide Delivery
We deliver on mainland UK, Scotland will be subjective to a Surcharge of £15.

Delivery
We only deliver nation-wide from our mail order catalogue.

Orders/Checking
Early orders are appreciated.

Due to heavy workload around the 5th November, orders must be placed 10 days prior to this date for guaranteed delivery for Bonfire Night. No guarantees after the 28th October. We will not process any refund requests for late delivery if you place an order during this time.
Orders may arrive in 2 or 3 parts. This will be confirmed as soon as possible.

All deliveries will require a signature by persons over 18 years of age. Only sign for the number of packages received. Shortages must be reported in writing within 3 working days. Unsuccessful deliveries may incur further charges for re delivery.

Special deliveries
Special deliveries are available at a cost of £30.
Any shortages must be made in writing within three working days.

Restrictions
We reserve the right to substitute any out of stock items. Replacement items will be the same or higher priced than the originally ordered item .Orders must only be made by persons over the age of 18.
